Convert JPG to PDF

JPG to PDF places each JPEG photo on its own PDF page. Use it when a form, email, or portal wants a PDF and you only have camera photos or exported JPGs. Conversion runs in your browser with no account, and the images are not sent to a server for processing.

Add the files in page order, then set page size and orientation in Image to PDF. A photograph of a document stays a picture: the text is not selectable or searchable. If you need copyable text, run the finished PDF through PDF OCR and review the recognition before you rely on it.

JPG is a lossy photo format, so a blurry or dark source stays blurry in the PDF. This page is for JPEG files. Screenshots and images that need sharp edges are a better fit for PNG to PDF.

How to handle this workflow

1. Open the tool in your browser

Launch Image to PDF and select your file. No account creation, sign-up, or software installation is required.

2. Process on your device

Select your preferred settings. Core processing runs entirely in your browser using local device resources, without an application document-processing request. Review the tool-specific output limits before sharing.

3. Download output

Review image order, margins, and page orientation, then download your combined PDF.

Does converting JPG to PDF make the text selectable?

No. Each JPG becomes a picture on a PDF page. Selectable text requires a separate OCR step, and the recognized text still needs review.
