What’s new
A running log of real, shipped changes to EditPDF AI — new capabilities, fixes, and improvements. This isn't a full history back to day one, just what's changed recently.
Verified social links in the footer
The footer and site structured data now link to our real LinkedIn, Facebook, and Product Hunt profiles.
Live AI-usage tracker in the navigation
Signed-in Free accounts now see how many AI actions they have left for the day directly in the top nav, instead of finding out only after hitting the limit.
Tool search understands natural-language queries
Search for what you’re trying to do — "remove password" or "combine files" — and the right tool comes up, not just exact tool-name matches.
New typeface and quicker category navigation
Switched the site to Source Sans 3 for a cleaner, more consistent look, and added direct category shortcuts (Convert, Merge, Edit, Compress, Sign, AI PDF) to the top nav.
Remove PDF Links: preview before you commit
See exactly which links will be removed before downloading, plus clearer messaging that this tool is free and doesn’t require an account.
Faster image loading across the site
Fixed several images that were loading larger or later than necessary, improving how quickly pages visually settle.
Looking for uptime or incident history rather than product updates? This page doesn't track that yet. If something's currently broken for you, email support@editpdfai.com directly — that reaches a person faster than a status page would.
