Is EditPDF AI free to use?

EditPDF AI has 51 active tools. 41 include browser-based core workflows that can be used without an account. Signed-in free accounts can use up to 5 metered AI actions per UTC day; Pro removes that daily cap. Tool-specific input and processing limits still apply.

Do my files get uploaded to your servers?

Core browser tools process selected files on your device. AI features may send extracted text, rendered page images, uploaded images, or a PDF to EditPDF AI server routes and configured processing providers when the feature requires it. The application does not write document content to its database or object storage.

Why is the AI feature saying I've reached my daily limit?

Signed-in free accounts can make up to 5 metered AI actions per UTC day. Pro removes the daily AI-action cap, while each tool keeps its file, page, input, output, and processing constraints.

How do I cancel my Pro subscription?

Sign in, go to your Dashboard, then click "Manage Subscription." You can cancel from there. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period — no partial refunds for unused time.

I cancelled but was charged again — what do I do?

If you cancelled before the renewal date and were still charged, email support@editpdfai.com with the billing details so the subscription and charge can be reviewed against the published Terms. Do not send a full card number.

Can I get a refund?

Refund eligibility is described in the Terms of Service. Email support@editpdfai.com with the account email and charge date so the request can be reviewed; do not send a full card number.

My PDF conversion looks wrong — what should I do?

Complex PDFs (scanned documents, PDFs with unusual fonts, or heavily formatted layouts) may not convert perfectly. Try the PDF OCR Scanner first to extract clean text, then convert. If issues persist, contact us.

Which browsers are supported?

EditPDF AI is designed for current Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge releases. Tool support and performance vary with browser capabilities, document complexity, and device resources.

How do I request deletion of my data?

Email support@editpdfai.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and the email address associated with your account. The request will be reviewed against the account-associated records and available deletion steps.
