The tool sends up to 60,000 characters of extracted text per conversion and requires a free signed-in account, since it uses a metered AI action.
Always reconcile the spreadsheet against the source PDF before using the figures for anything that matters — check that totals still add up, that a number did not shift a column, and that decimal points and thousands separators survived. If the PDF is a scan with no real text layer, run PDF OCR on it first; without selectable text there is nothing for the extractor to read.
